QualityUnless specific tests are requested, all hose assembly batches receive a first off, and are proof pressure tested to a sampling plan in line with our quality system. Each assembly is then 100% visually inspected by the quality department before packing. We are fully committed to quality assurance, continuously providing products and service of the highest standard and maintaining an extremely high level of confidence and customer satisfaction. All production records are kept for a minimum of fourteen years in line with our OE customer requirements to give us full traceability |

ProductionVolume swaging of hose assemblies is performed on computerised Uniflex swaging machines, guaranteeing continuity to within 0.01mm. These swaging machines can be linked via computer, measuring and recording each swage dimension achieving SPC by the most accurate means and enabling continuous process capability study. All hose offers full traceability and all hose assemblies can be traced back to the individual customer works order form. This enables us to trace all raw materials used in the manufacture of your hose assemblies, should this be required. |
